Found out an ex-girlfriend passed away. I had been very close to her and was hoping to catch up with her after finding some of her old letters and notes. I tried to tell that story in the song.
The tick-tock at the beginning and end of this recording symbolizes the ticking of a clock=time going on and on forever :)
